臧传治:1977年生副研究员,工学博士,硕士生导师,美国密西根理工大学访问学者。从事智能电网、工业无线传感器网络方面的研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金、中科院、国家电网项目多项。2007 获“辽宁省自然科学学术成果一等奖”,2007 获沈阳自动化研究所“青年学术报告会三等奖”。发表学术论文40余篇,SCI、EI检索30余篇。
